  1. This blog is a valuable source for future historians of the Iraq war. I wish it were more discoverable. I only learned of it from your comments over on neo's site. Thank you for all the hard work you've put in. Don't take this site down.

  2. Thanks. I appreciate that.

I encourage you to share my Iraq posts, especially the OIF FAQ, spread the word, and help make them a more discoverable resource at large.

It's important to set the record straight on Operation Iraqi Freedom *today* and not defer to future historians while the harm caused by the prevalent false narrative of OIF grows and compounds.

  4. BTW, like neo, I was a former Democrat in a deep blue state. The "we deserved it" attitude following 9/11 + the Democratic party's deception over OIF turned me. If you have not already read Kenneth Pollack's "The Threatening Storm", I recommend it.

  5. I haven't read that. Thanks for the tip.

Regarding the relationship between Democrats and Operation Iraqi Freedom, President Clinton is the best source for understanding the grounds for the mission, which is reflected in the OIF FAQ. As such, the rank-and-file Democrats among your acquaintances would benefit especially from learning the law and policy, fact basis for OIF.
